Improvised-music.org contains field recordings of Improvised and Spontaneous music.
In other words, this is the music that you hear on streets or jamming sessions that has been recorded by somebody wandering around near there.
We believe that the true essence of music arises when improvising, because then the musicians are living in the present.
That is why we decided to distribute freely these recordings in order to influence positively any musician that will listen to them and to create a new musical paradigm deprived from production and distribution companies and free of charge.
